Building Bridges: Empowering Employees to Partner with Community Nonprofits

Kaiser Permanente's National Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Department spearheaded the RealTime Community initiative, linking employees with nonprofits to collaborate on impactful pro bono projects.

I led the launch and managed internal communications for RealTime Community, an initiative by Kaiser Permanente's National Equity, Inclusion & Diversity (NEID) department. I developed a comprehensive strategic framework, managed the project pipeline, and spearheaded a video storytelling campaign that engaged over 2,000 employees. Additionally, I facilitated pro bono collaborations between employees and 10 local nonprofits, while actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and align the program with employee interests and community needs.

I led a video recruitment campaign for Kaiser Permanente's Real Time Community, a National Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity initiative. This program connects employees from Business Resource Groups with nonprofits serving marginalized communities to collaborate on pro bono projects, addressing resource gaps and improving community health outcomes.
